Do you provide a warranty on your products?
The warranties on the products sold by Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store are established and handled by the product manufactures. Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store has no influence on the approval of warranty claims.
Why can't I find gas or wood fireplaces/stoves?
Due to the complexity of purchasing and installing gas and wood fireplaces/stoves, we are unable to sell these products online. If you are interested in purchasing a gas or wood fireplace/stove, or want more information on the products or services we offer, you can contact any of our 4 GTA showrooms.
Do you price match other stores?
Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store offers price matching only if you have a written quote from another company.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept a number of payment options for online orders; VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Diners Club, and Interac.
How do I check the status of my order?
You should receive status update emails as we process your order, but you can always reach out to onlineorders@classicfireplace.ca for a precise update on the status of your order.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
Currently, Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store will ship small items, such as BBQ accessories across Canada. For larger items, such as BBQs and Fire Tables, shipping will only be available within a 25KM radius of one of our locations.
How long will my items take to arrive?
Usually you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase. If there are any delays that may prevent you from getting your order on time, our team will notify you.
Do you accept order cancellations?
Order cancellations are accepted up until your order has been shipped. Afterwards you may request a refund where we will have you return the product and reimburse you minus the cost of shipping.
I am trying to order a product, but can't see any shipping options at checkout. Why is that?
If you do not see any shipping options at checkout this could be for 2 reasons;
- We do not offer shipping to the address you have entered.
- You are ordering a product that requires specialty delivery (such as built-in BBQs). If this is the case, please contact us at 289-624-2929 or onlineorders@classicfireplace.ca to arrange delivery of your products.
Where can I pick up my order?
All pick-up orders are done at our warehouse located at 333 Frankcom St., Ajax ON, L1S 1R4
What is your return policy?
Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store has a 30-day return policy. Your items must be unused and in their original packaging. You can read our full return policy for further details.

What are the other costs associated with purchasing?
When purchasing from our store, the only additional costs you will face will be standard taxes, and optional assembly & delivery options where applicable.
If I choose a propane or gas BBQ can I later switch to the other?
Depending on the BBQ you are purchasing, many gas BBQs are able to be converted from propane to natural gas and vice versa.
I'm not seeing a specific product of a brand you carry. Do you carry it?
If you are not seeing a specific product from a brand we carry, it could be that we are unable to sell this product online, or that it is currently out of stock. You can always reach out to us to ask about a specific product you are interested in at 289-624-2929 or onlineorders@classicfireplace.ca
What is an infrared burner?
An infrared burner can get to much higher temperatures than traditional BBQ burners and is great for searing meats, and you can even use pots and pans on them. Infrared cooking uses a type of radiation that emits infrared energy allowing you to reach even higher temperatures.
Which brands are made in Canada?
We proudly carry a number of Canadian made products from brands like; Napoleon, Valor, Montigo, Dimplex, Pacific Energy, Renaissance, Town & Country, and Valcourt.
What are BTUs and are more BTUs better?
BTU stands for British Thermal Unit. This tells you how much fuel you are using within a period of time. Usually, higher BTUs will mean more heat, but you can also use it as a measure of how efficient your appliance is.

Do you offer installation or set-up?
We offer installation and setup for local customers for an additional charge. If you do not see this option at checkout, you can contact us at 289-624-2929 to arrange the installation and/or setup of your order.
Are you able to assemble my new item?
We do offer assembly of your item(s) for an additional fee. Our premium delivery also includes assembly for those within 25KM of one our locations. If you do not see these options as you checkout, you can contact us at 289-624-2929 or onlineorders@classicfireplace.ca
