Shipping Policy

Please note that order processing times, which involve the handling and preparation of your items, are distinct from the shipping times displayed at checkout. While processing times ensure accurate fulfillment, shipping times represent the estimated duration for your order to reach its destination once dispatched.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After your order has been processed it will usually take us 1-2 weeks to get the order to your home.

Our team works extremely hard to ensure customers receive their order within the given delivery window. If there is any reason your order may be delayed, our team will contact you before the scheduled delivery window.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store currently does not delivery heavy items, such as BBQs, fire tables, and fireplaces outside of our local delivery range. However, we do offer shipping for accessories and smaller items across Canada.

Orders over $200 will automatically apply for FREE shipping, all other orders will be charged a $15 flat rate shipping fee.

Local Assembly & Delivery

Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store proudly offers assembly, delivery & gas hookup options for our local customers. Delivery address must be within a 25KM radius of any of our locations to qualify for local rates and services.

Deliveries are made from 9AM – 5PM on Mondays-Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse located at 333 Frankcom St. Ajax ON, L1S 1R4. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM – 5PM on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

As of now, Classic Fireplace & BBQ Store does not offer shipping outside of Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?

For Courier Orders:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For Local Orders:

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming we have received the order. You will then be contacted within 2-3 business days to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or if you are not contacted to schedule delivery after 3 business days, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can read our full return policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
