The Early Bird price is $200 total, HST included, compared with the regular price of $226, for standard cleaning and service of one eligible operating residential gas fireplace.
The qualifying service appointment must be completed on or before September 25, 2026. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee availability before the deadline.

What is included in the $200 service?
The offer covers standard cleaning and service for one eligible operating residential gas fireplace. HST is included. Parts, repairs, diagnostic work, specialty work and additional labour are extra.
What if my fireplace is not operating?
You can still submit the request for review, but the $200 Early Bird price may not apply. A non-operating fireplace may require diagnostic work, repairs, parts or additional labour.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Your appointment is confirmed only after our Service Team reviews your address and fireplace details and contacts you with an available appointment option.
Which locations qualify?
Service availability depends on the exact address and current route capacity. Submit your postal code and our Service Team will confirm whether the location qualifies before booking.
What is the Early Bird deadline?
The qualifying service call must be completed on or before September 25, 2026. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an appointment will be available before the deadline.
